Volunteer Application

SHINE Ambassadors

Responsible for providing light cleaning services to eligible seniors.
Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the satisfaction of the seniors.
Bring their own enthusiasm and a caring attitude to the clients' homes.

HERO Care Coordinator

Visit potential clients to assess their eligibility for our services.
Engage with seniors to understand their specific needs and preferences.
Communicate with the Hems To Help team to determine the best service plan for each client.
Stay in contact with clients to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction.
Address any concerns or additional needs that may arise during or after cleaning services.

Volunteer Coordinator

Oversee the recruitment, training, and scheduling of volunteers.
Act as a liaison between volunteers and the Hems To Help organization.
Ensure that volunteers are motivated, engaged, and feel supported.
Coordinate logistics for volunteer teams and ensure that they have everything they need for their visits.
Provide training sessions to new volunteers on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and client interactions.
Develop & deliver educational materials for clients on topics like home safety & health.
