Hems To Help offers specialized cleaning services designed for seniors aged 65 and above who meet our qualification criteria. Our dedicated team arrives fully equipped with all the necessary cleaning supplies and required equipment, ensuring our valued Heroes can relax and bask in their well-deserved peace. Our ultimate goal is to bring joy to your living space and enhance its radiance while providing all the essential tools for a thorough cleaning experience.
What's The Process?
Our simplified three-step process ensures a stress-free experience from inquiry to enjoying the advantages of a clean and healthy living environment.
Submit Inquiry
The first step is to complete the Eligibility Form. This will determine your qualifications for the next steps.
Schedule Site Visit
Next, a member from the Hems to Help team will contact you to do an initial assessment and schedule a site visit. This step of the process helps us get a better understanding of your needs.
Light Home Cleaning
The final step is to schedule your cleaning and our vetted Shine Ambassadors will come to your home with a bright smile and a caring attitude, ready to give your home a little sparkle and shine.

Due to high demand and limited volunteer availability, we have reached our service capacity and will not be accepting new Hero applications for the remainder of 2026.
We currently serve eligible seniors in Wake, Johnston, and Franklin Counties, NC.
We hope to reopen applications in 2027 as our volunteer team grows.
